DESCRIPTION:The Uganda Dental Association (UDA)\, in partnership with the FDI World Dental Federation\, will host a Tobacco Cessation Workshop aimed at empowering oral-health professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to support patients in quitting tobacco use. \nScheduled for Friday\, 13 November 2026\, at 5:00 PM East Africa Time (EAT)\, the workshop will take place at Forrest Cottages\, Bukoto\, Kampala. \nEmpowering Dental Professionals to Promote Tobacco Cessation\nTobacco use remains a significant public-health concern\, with implications for oral health and overall well-being.
