In line with our annual world oral health day celebrations, we will be visiting Buganda Road Primary School on the 21st March 2022. We will do oral health education and giveaways to the students.
UDA OUTREACH TO KAMPALA SCHOOL FOR THE HANDICAPPED
We will pay a visit to the Kampala school for the handicapped on 25th March 2022. We will do oral health education and free giveaways to the students and the caretakers. This is one of our world oral health day activities.
UDA OUTREACH TO ST. MARTINS PRIMARY SCHOOL MULAGO
We will pay a visit to the students of St. Martin's where we will do oral health education and free giveaways as part of our world oral health day activities.
UDA DENTAL CAMP AT MAKERERE UNIVERSITY DENTAL SCHOOL
We will host a dental camp at the MUK dental school where we shall offer free dental treatment to people in the communities of Makerere, Katanga, Wandegeya and surrounding areas. This is the climax of our world oral health day activities.

Free Dental Treatment at UDA Dental Outreach

The Uganda Dental Association is celebrating 60 years of impact, and as part of the celebrations, they're hosting a free dental outreach at Makerere University Dental School on March 25th, 2023. The event is sponsored by Colgate and all treatment will be completely free. So mark your calendars and get ready for a day of dental care and fun! The event will run from 8am to 4pm, giving everyone plenty of time to come and receive treatment. There will be a range of services available, including dental checkups, cleaning, fillings, extractions, and more. No matter what your dental needs are, the skilled professionals at Makerere University Dental School are here to help. In addition to the dental treatment, there will be plenty of fun activities and giveaways to enjoy throughout the day. Colgate will be providing free samples of their latest toothpaste and toothbrushes, and there will be games and activities for kids and adults alike. So why is the Uganda Dental Association hosting this event? Well, for the past 60 years, they have been dedicated to improving the oral health of Ugandans. By hosting this free dental outreach, they hope to raise awareness of the importance of dental care and encourage everyone to take better care of their teeth and gums. Online ZoomUDA is holding an online CDE on 21st July 2023. The topic is Implants and the General Practitioner and will be presented by Prof. Betsy S Thomas, a Glasgow trained Implantologist working at Mahsa University, Malaysia.
